PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THERAPISTS TO GO DEEPER
In The Room is not a marketplace of endless workshops.
It is a curated container of programming and community for relational therapists.
Each training is intentionally selected, designed, and led to support clinicians in developing the relational and clinical depth that cannot be taught through theory alone.
This is work that happens in the room—
in the moments that are complex, unscripted, and sometimes messy.
For clinicians who are ready to move beyond manualized learning and into transformative clinical practice.
WHERE CLINICAL SKILL MEETS PERSONAL GROWTH
In The Room Training exists to advance relational, trauma-informed, and equity-centered clinical practice through structured, collaborative learning experiences that are both high-quality and accessible.
The goal is simple:
To create a space where serious clinicians can deepen their work—with respect for the preciousness of time and sustainability.
This is a hub built on:
Clinical Rigor • Ethical Integrity • Anti-Oppressive Practice • Thoughtful Collaboration • Respect for the Realities of Working Professionals

WHO THIS IS FOR
This space is designed for clinicians who:

✓ Want to grow their clinical capacity
✓ Long for connection to a similarly oriented professional community
✓ Are looking for training that dives into the complexity of deep client work
✓ Value relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-informed work
✓ Care about equity, ethics, and the impact of their work
WHAT IN THE ROOM MEANS
Clients come for help often before they have words to fully convey what they're needing.
They show us.
Through patterns.
Through behavior.
Through the way they relate to us.
The work of therapy largely happens in our interactions with them.
In The Room is built around the idea that clinical skill is not just what we know—it’s how we show up, how we attune, and how we courageosly use our own experiences of our clients and the therapist/client relationship itself as a tool for change.
This is where meaningful work happens.
And it’s what these trainings are designed to support.
In The Room Training is a strategic extension of Meghan Reilly’s clinical work and professional vision.
With over 20 years of experience as a career therapist, Meghan works from an integrative model that combines relational approaches with body-centered interventions, grounded in trauma-informed care. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociative disorders.
This platform was created to extend that depth of practice—offering clinicians a structured, thoughtful and accessible space to grow their own capacity and clinical presence.

FOR COLLABORATORS
In The Room is a curated space for clinicians whose work aligns with relational, trauma-informed and equity-centered practice.
A small number of collaborators are invited to share their work within this container—bringing thoughtful, high-integrity training to a broader audience.
Please be in touch to discuss collaboration.
